Cylinder / Valve Information

Drinks Dispense Gas and Helium (L range) cylinders and rental Helium Inflator Valves are the property of London Beer Gas Ltd. LPG (Calor) cylinders are the property of Calor Ltd. When you purchase Helium (L range), Drinks Dispense Gas or Calor Gas you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. It is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinders and they must be returned to London Beer Gas Ltd.

Cylinder / Valve Rental Charges

If Helium (L range) or Drinks Dispense Gas cylinders are kept for over 1 month, a cylinder rental will be charged to the customer. If a rental Helium Inflator Valve is kept for more than 1 week, a weekly valve rental will be charged until the valve is returned. If deemed necessary London Beer Gas Ltd will charge a deposit for the Helium (L range) or Drinks Dispense Gas cylinders and / or Helium Inflator Valve. The deposit covers a proportion of any damage to the cylinders and valves or any unpaid rental charges.

Cylinder / Inflator Valve Damage or Loss

If on collection of the cylinders or rental Helium Inflator Valves there is damage to either which renders them unusable, the customer will be charged for repairs or replacement. If the cylinders or rental Helium Inflator Valves are lost or not returned, the customer will be charged for replacement of the cylinders or valves. Deposits taken do not cover lost cylinders and valves or non-returned cylinders and valves and the customer will be charged for the replacement of the cylinders and valves.

Buying Products

To order a product from London Beer Gas Ltd follow the on-line ordering procedure. Products, prices, payment methods and delivery charges are displayed on this website.

The price on the website at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Prices include VAT. If a delivery charge is relevent, it will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered. When ordering online, payment method will be dependent on the product ordered and delivery address.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection.

Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email that the items have been sent. We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or another method which provides proof of posting. If the items are not received by us and you have no proof of postage, we will not be able to offer any refund or dispatch replacement items.

Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

Returns

You are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations laid out by the Office of Fair Trading.

If you change your mind about the items simply return them to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will refund the cost of the product(s) in full. Delivery charges are NOT refundable. Please note we cannot offer refunds on printed balloons or any gas (LPG, Beer gas, Helium) cylinders/tanks. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch we will give a full refund. However, if your order has already been prepared for dispatch there will be a charge for the cost of packing and administration.

For returns, we advise that you use the Post Office Parcel service with appropriate insurance, for parcels valued over £20 or if the parcel is valued below £20 obtain a proof of postage certificate.

London Beer Gas is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.

Product Stock Levels

London Beer Gas endeavour to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible. Should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned.

Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item.

Online Material and Information

You may not modify, copy, upload, transmit or distribute material or information on or downloaded from our web site without our written consent. This includes images, text, code and software.

Modifications to Website

We may change the content of our website from time to time. We may remove, change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Any new content added will be subject to these terms and conditions.

We strive to ensure all the information on our website is accurate, however we are human and there may be mistakes, typographical errors or other inaccuracies. If you spot any, please do let us know.

Liability

We can promise that we have the right to sell any goods on our website to you. They will be of the standard described on the website and be of good enough quality for the purpose for which they are intended. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect use of the item, such as loss of gas due to errors in connecting the regulator or loss of helium when inflating balloons. We accept no liability for any harm or damage that comes from using our products if used irresponsibly or incorrectly. If any of our products are being used or handled by children, responsibility lies with the adults responsible for the child or children. Any instructions given by us, or third parties working on our behalf, should be strictly adhered to. Safety should be taken very seriously.

We cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused, even if foreseeable.

If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our web site. We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our web site will be free from infection or viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for putting relevant protection in place on your own computer systems such as anti-virus software.

The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Information collection

You can visit our site and use many of the services without telling us who you are or giving us any personal data. Cookies may be used on some interactive pages to provide additional functionality or when it is totally necessary to maintain a unique ‘id.’ on your browser whilst you use those pages. Cookies are used on this shopping site in order to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. A cookie is also stored on your computer with your name and address, so that you do not have to enter it all again the next time you use the London Beer Gas website. This is normal practice on shopping sites.

We automatically receive and record statistical information on server logs from your Browser. London Beer Gas only monitors the IP addresses of visitors to assess which pages are the most popular. These IP addresses are not linked to any personal data so all visitors to our site remain anonymous.

Information use

Where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details the personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service you have requested. For example the collection of name and address, telephone number and email address enables us to dispatch the goods to you and contact you if there is any problem with dispatch or payment.

We do not store credit card information. Your credit card details are handled directly by HSBC. That information does not come to us at all.
